16 Old Bailey: a Maxwood Washrooms Project

16 Old Bailey is formed of two interconnecting elements – a Grade II listed front section and larger western extension. Both elements will have a significant upgrade, with a new central lift and stair core, services, and WCs, with Maxwood Washrooms involved.

Designed to the exacting standards of a high quality, Central London office, the building has over 110,000 square foot, ten floors of Grade A office space.
