Kestrel has recently updated the Kestrel app to save admin time and boost customer service.
The update to the app enables BDMs to add customer notes when meeting with distributors, saving administration time end ensuring comments are followed up swiftly.
Kestrel sales and marketing director Owen Thorogood comments on the update: “The update to the app will help the team work more efficiently.”
The Kestrel app was first rolled out last year, containing all of the brand’s technical and product literature in one place and allowing Kestrel Approved Installers to instantly issue homeowners with guarantees for products when they finish a project.
“As the notes are made at or soon after a meeting, it means that any actions can be dealt with quickly and smoothly, improving our service to distributors,” Owen adds. “The installer simply fills in the information about a job, plus the customers’ details and the guarantee is instantly emailed to them.”
Roofline fitters can also apply to become Kestrel Approved Installer through the app, which allows them to issue extended guarantees of up to 30 years on white products.
The Kestrel app is available through the iTunes or Google Play. For further details click here.
