Keystone’s Hi-therm+ Lintel wins big at the Irish construction excellence awards

  • 15 Apr 2019

Keystone‘s Hi-therm+ Lintel was named the winner of the Construction Product Innovation Category at the prestigious Irish Construction Excellence Awards last month.

This win comes off the back of a hugely successful year for the Hi-therm+ Lintel, having also been named Construction Product of the Year at the Irish Construction Industry Awards and Best Building Fabric Product at the Housebuilder Product Awards.

The Irish Construction Excellence Awards are the original and premier recognition of performance and excellence for the contracting sector in Ireland.

The award-winning Hi-therm+ Lintel provides a low-cost solution for reduced carbon emissions. Up to 5 times more thermally efficient than a standard steel lintel, the Hi-therm+ Lintel is an innovative solution to reducing thermal bridging and improving SAP calculations.

Kris Willis, Regional Sales Director comments: “At the Keystone Group, we are continuously investing in research and design to ensure we are at the forefront of innovation within the construction industry. We are delighted this has been recognised with another prestigious accolade- an Irish Construction Excellence Award. The Hi-therm+ Lintel has enjoyed great success in the Irish construction  industry, it offers builders a solution which is faster and easier to install compared to a two-part lintel while also providing a low-cost route to improve both CO2 reduction and Fabric Energy Efficiency.”
