Geberit has launched the latest model in its revolutionary shower toilet range – the AquaClean Sela, combining an elegant design with Geberit’s patented WhirlSpray technology and a host of cutting-edge smart toilet features, bringing the ultimate well-being experience to the bathroom.
Designed by renowned London-based architect, Christoph Behling, the model boasts a stylish, streamlined design with clean lines and a contemporary chrome or white alpine panel, perfectly complementing any bathroom.
Behling’s expert credentials bring an unmistakable elegance to the model, having previously designed ranges for luxury watch manufacturer, TAG Heuer, as well as Geberit’s AquaClean Mera and Tuma shower toilets.
With a unique oscillating spray using instantly warm water, the Sela shower toilet provides a thorough cleanse and unmistakable feeling of freshness, all with reduced water consumption, at the touch of a button.
The addition of four programmable buttons means every individual’s experience can be tailored to suit their needs and preferences, customising everything from the temperature of the water to the water pressure itself, via a handy remote control, wall-mounted control panel or remote control app.
Its orientation lighting feature is available in seven different hues to create a soft, directional glow, eliminating the need to switch on additional lighting during self-care rituals or in the middle of the night.
It also features built-in user recognition, which means the toilet detects the user as they approach.
In addition, the Sela offers all the key signature functions of the Geberit AquaClean, including a more hygienic rimless Rimfree® WC ceramic pan and TurboFlush technology, which ensures a flushing performance that is unrivalled – rinsing cleaner, more economically and much quieter than a normal flush.
Sophie Weston, channel marketing manager at Geberit, commented: “In the home, in the workplace and in hospitality, washrooms and bathrooms offer a sensory retreat from our increasingly busy lives.
“But, more than that, they help improve our quality of life. The new AquaClean Sela introduces innovative technology, which has become such a vital part of everyday life, without compromising the wellness objectives of the bathroom. By bringing together design and function it offers architects the very latest in bathroom innovation.”
