Geberit introduces new matt finish flush plates

  • 25 Jun 2019

Geberit is extending its range of Sigma flush plates for luxury bathroom/washroom installations with the launch of new matt finish designs in black, chrome and white.

Available across selected models in the popular Sigma range, the matt finish designs offer greater choice and flexibility for designers and architects, as well as easier cleaning and enhanced visual appearance for their clients. The matt finish is coated with an easy clean lacquer which significantly reduces the appearance of fingerprints on the plates.

The launch sits within Geberit’s ‘science behind the sensory space’ ethos, providing products and solutions which enable designers to improve wellbeing through calming, sensory bathroom spaces.

In addition to the clean lines and visual appeal of the flush plates, the matt finish and lacquer coating promotes touch, encouraging users to satisfy their kinaesthetic sense.

Sophie Weston, channel marketing manager at Geberit, comments: “This launch is more than just a new finish, it is about giving designers and architects enhanced solutions to create spaces in which we can restore the natural balance of our senses.

“Increasingly, bathroom design is less about how things look and more about how they make us feel. By providing tactile surfaces which look good, feel good and offer unrivalled design flexibility, we’re helping the industry to meet changing client demands without compromising on style or functionality.”
