The new framework, in ‘Adaptations Without Delay’, centres around a person-centred outcome, and simplifies the process for all involved- healthcare professional, housing providers, builders, suppliers- and the recipients.

The new framework, with its four categories depending on level of alteration to the property, should enable more timely, proportionate solutions.”
