VinylPlus Sustainability Forum 2021 – #TOWARDS2030

VinylPlus will launch the next 10-year Commitment of the European PVC industry to Sustainable Development at the 2021 edition of the VinylPlus Sustainability Forum. The theme is #TOWARDS2030.

This half-day hybrid event will be take place live in Brussels, Belgium, with an online audience, on June 17 2021.

Open to attendees from anywhere worldwide, #VSF2021 will feature quality speakers, inspiring speeches and live and online Q&A sessions.

Celebrating VinylPlus

The event will celebrate the last 10-year achievements of VinylPlus. It will reflect on progress made by the PVC industry in sustainability, product stewardship, recycling, stakeholder engagement and transparency.

The forum is organised by VinylPlus, the Voluntary Commitment to sustainable development of the European PVC industry. This year’s Forum marks a significant turning point. This is through the new launch of an even more ambitious 2030 commitment to sustainability with VinylPlus‘ partners and stakeholders.

Main topics for discussion will focus on future plans for fully embracing the EU’s Circular Economy and European Green Deal ambitions and how the strategy will be achieved through a united PVC industry working together towards shared sustainability goals.

The annual VinylPlus Product Label Awards Ceremony will reward and recognise companies delivering the highest sustainability performance. Concluding the event will be a Signatory Ceremony and official launch of the VinylPlus 2030 Commitment.

Free of charge

To celebrate the launch of the new VinylPlus 2030 Commitment, #VSF2021 will be free of charge for this year only! Online registration is required.

VinylPlus is the Voluntary Commitment of the European PVC industry. The programme establishes a long-term framework for the sustainable development of the PVC industry by tackling a number of critical challenges in the EU-27, UK, Norway and Switzerland.
