National trade body the Property Care Association (PCA) has handed out a series of accolades to member businesses and individuals that have showcased the highest level of professionalism and knowledge.
The PCA has presented awards to experts in Damp and Timber, Waterproofing and Invasive Weeds. As well as this, technicians and surveyors who received top marks when undergoing industry training are receiving recognition.
Every autumn, the PCA presents ‘Contractor of the Year’ awards to large contractors and smaller businesses based on annual audit.
Student of the Year awards are also presented to those studying with the PCA for ‘qualified technician’ or ‘certificated surveyor’ status.
Steve Hodgson, Chief Executive of the PCA, says: “The talent and skills within our industry are hugely important to the economy, to the construction of vital infrastructure and to home-owners across the UK.
“I’d like to personally congratulate all our Contractor of the Year winners for the professionalism and quality service that is recognised with this award.
“I also congratulate the Student of the Year award-winners who have undergone their training in difficult circumstances over the past 12 months.”
