Construction industry recruitment specialists, ValueStaff, has undertaken a strategic review and unveiled a new look for the company following significant investment.
The company, which has grown throughout the pandemic, aims for 2022 to be the year it re-introduces itself to the construction sector so that more people know of its expertise and how it can help the current worker shortage in the sector.
The firm, which is headquartered in Birmingham, has unveiled a new brand that will more effectively communicate how the company and its expert staff can support both workers and clients in the construction industry.
The launch of the re-brand goes hand in hand with a recruitment drive. ValueStaff is continuing to grow and is therefore recruiting consultants to join their experienced team in Birmingham to help meet current client demand.
Gregg Marrett, ValueStaff’s Managing Director, explains: “We are proud of our reputation in the construction industry and are known for our straightforward and honest approach with our workers and clients.
“We hadn’t really assessed our brand and marketing activity since we launched in 2009 and given the candidate shortage in the sector currently, we wanted to invest in the company and make sure people know what ValueStaff stands for, our track record and how we can help solve their recruitment needs.
“From our existing client experience, we are aware of just how challenging it is to find suitable workers at the moment. Our success to date has been based on our strong relationships with our workers, our ability to match them with the role and the fact we understand what it is like to employed in the construction industry.
“We felt this key fact was being lost in our previous brand and website and so we have made this clearer. We have put how we can help people at the heart of our brand. Our aim is for this to attract more high-quality workers for our clients.”
The investment in the new brand will see ValueStaff launch a new website, create a refreshed office environment, release new sales collateral and updated social media channels. The review has also reconfirmed company values and its purpose to staff, clients and workers.
Gregg Marrett adds: “Ultimately, we want to be fit for the future and to provide an improved service to our candidates and clients and we feel we are far better able to do this with the new look ValueStaff.”
Established in 2009, ValueStaff works with construction sector clients nationwide, providing reliable trades and labour staff. In 2021, the company found temporary work for 4,127 workers.
