Crown Paints is set to add a splash of colour to Newry as it opens a new Crown Decorating Centre in the city this week.
Crown Paints is delighted to be opening the doors to its new store at Green Bank, Loughway Business Park, the ninth Crown Decorating Centre to open in Northern Ireland.
The decorating centre will celebrate their grand opening at 10.30am on Friday 9th September, with Patrick O’Reilly, former owner of the Paintz store, attending to cut the ribbon.
Ahead of its opening, Crown Paints have given the store a brand new makeover to utilise floor space most effectively and accommodate more products and colour displays to better serve customers.
While the name of the store may have changed, customers can expect to see familiar faces, with Ronan O’Reilly, who will take the position of Store Manager, and the ‘King of Colour’ John Marshall, both on hand to provide expert advice and service.
Crown Paints Product Champion Derek Maloney and trade suppliers including Arc Mirka, Coovar, Hamilton, Indasa, Relay Global, Rodo and Wagner will be in attendance at the grand opening to offer support and advice to customers.
With leading brands of quality paints Crown, Crown Trade, Sandtex, Sadolin and Macpherson, plus a huge range of painting accessories and wallpapers, the Crown Decorating Centre will have everything that you need for your project, indoors or outdoors.
While browsing through the store on grand opening day, customers are offered the chance to win a £100 Crown Decorating Centres voucher for guessing how many litres of paint are in the store.
Crown Paints offer a free Can Back recycling scheme at all Crown Decorating Centres. Customers can return their empty paint cans all year round so they can be processed for recycling.
Ronan O’Reilly, Store Manager, said: “It’s incredibly exciting to be opening a Crown Decorating Centre in Newry and it’s a fantastic addition to the network here in Northern Ireland. Everyone is really looking forward to becoming a part of this fantastic community.
“The store has gone under a total transformation with the refurbishment which we hope our customers will enjoy, and with a wide selection of products available, as well as expert staff on hand, we have Newry tradespeople covered for whatever project they’re embarking on.”
