Marley announces extension of Weatherboard range

  • 6 Jun 2023

Marley has extended its range of external cladding options, with the introduction of a new Fibre Cement Weatherboard colour option.

Following increased demand for greater choice, Marley’s quality-led fibre cement external cladding range now features a black colour option.

Weatherboard is a durable and cost-effective way to enhance exteriors on both residential and commercial projects. It is designed with an attractive textured woodgrain finish.

Suitable for new build developments and retrofit projects, Weatherboard comes with a complete package of matching trims and fixing components.

Installation is quick and efficient due to the 200mm wide lightweight boards, while Weatherboard also delivers high levels of thermal insulation and weather resistance. In addition, Weatherboard is certified to BRE fire safety classification A2-s1, d0 offering specifiers and homeowners additional peace of mind.

Specifiers can now choose from white, light grey, slate grey or black colour finishes and end customers will enjoy the minimal maintenance benefits the Weatherboard solution offers.

Stuart Nicholson, Roof Systems Director at Marley, comments: “The addition of a new black colourway to our popular Weatherboard fibre cement external cladding range provides housebuilders and specifiers with even more choice when creating buildings with added kerb appeal.

“As a cost-effective solution, exterior cladding continues to be increasingly popular with housebuilders and specifiers seeking to enhance building exteriors. It also has the fantastic advantages of speedy installation and low ongoing maintenance responsibilities.

“The range colours are highly attractive and suit a wide variety of projects and design aspirations. With colour matched trim and accessories, Marley’s Weatherboard provides a complete solution from a single source.”
