Leading manufacturer of UPVC building products Kestrel is celebrating its 15-year partnership with prominent Lancashire-based builder’s merchant C&W Berry.

With a sprawling 40-acre site and an extensive online catalogue boasting more than 45,000 products, C&W Berry has established itself as a go-to destination for construction professionals and home improvers alike.

Since its inception, C&W Berry has been dedicated to providing high quality building products coupled with unparalleled customer service.

Their collaboration with Kestrel underscores this commitment, having stocked Kestrel’s products for over a decade, offering a wide array of 458 individual product lines to their customers.

Rob Davies, of C&W Berry, comments: “We have had a strong relationship with Kestrel for 15 years. Kestrel’s commitment to quality and their comprehensive product range perfectly align with our mission to serve the needs of housebuilders, who are a significant portion of our customer base.”

C&W Berry prides itself on its knowledgeable staff, equipped to address customer enquiries and provide expert advice. Kestrel’s product training sessions have further empowered C&W Berry’s team, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the product range to help customers with orders.

Rob continues: “Our commitment to excellence extends to every aspect of our operations. From expanding our stock-holding facilities to enhancing our online presence, we are constantly striving to better serve our customers. The support we receive from Kestrel, both in terms of product quality and service, is invaluable.”

C&W Berry also leverages Kestrel’s estimating services, which Rob explained is particularly valuable for significant orders and large-scale projects. This collaborative approach enhances C&W Berry’s ability to meet the diverse needs of its customers, who stretch from North Wales in the west through to the Lake District and Yorkshire.

Online uptick

Despite market fluctuations, C&W Berry remains resilient, with online orders experiencing a notable uptick of 30%. The company attributes this growth to its adaptability and commitment to serving a diverse customer base, including an increased focus on renovations and extensions in response to shifts in the housing market.

As C&W Berry looks ahead to the future, its partnership with Kestrel stands as a testament to both companies’ dedication to quality and customer service.

Jonathan Boland, Kestrel sales director, says: “We are immensely proud of our longstanding partnership with C&W Berry, not least because their unwavering dedication to quality and customer service mirrors our own values at Kestrel.

“We look forward to continuing to work together and further strengthening our relationship in the years to come.”
