Following the success of the inaugural event, Digital Construction North (DCN) is back for its second edition. The show returns to Manchester Central on 19 November 2025.

Brought to you by the team behind Digital Construction Week (DCW), DCN is a dynamic one-day event designed to connect AECO professionals from across the North. With a focus on innovation and digital transformation in the built environment, this free-to-attend expo is tailored to deliver fresh insights, meaningful networking, and actionable takeaways.

Visitors will get a taste of the DCW experience, repackaged into a high-impact one-day format. Expect exclusive keynotes, hands-on tech demos, product launches, interactive sessions, and more, all curated specifically for a Northern audience.

Why speak at Digital Construction North?

Speaking at DCN is a powerful way to share your knowledge, build your profile, and contribute to the industry’s digital journey.

If you’re working on an innovative project, pioneering new processes, or have a compelling story to tell, this is your platform. You’ll be speaking directly to an engaged audience of around 1,000 AECO professionals, all keen to explore the latest tools, trends, and strategies driving digital transformation in their field.

As a speaker, your session will be promoted as part of the official event programme, reaching thousands of industry contacts and decision-makers.

Explore the theatres

DCN will once again feature five specialist theatres, each focusing on a critical aspect of digital construction. Three of these will be open for speaker submissions. Choose the one that best suits your topic and area of expertise (note: final allocations may vary).

Information Management Stage (IMS)

The IMS is the place to inspire industry through the presentation of digital information management related projects or process changes and benefits. Submissions should demonstrate real-world applications of (B)IM and the business drivers behind it.

Innovation Stage

Submissions for the Innovation Stage at DCN should demonstrate genuine innovation and radical thinking. Sessions cover the application of new technologies and thinking that can help solve some of the built environment’s biggest challenges. Submissions for the Innovation Stage should showcase technology at the cutting edge.

Transformation Hub

The Transformation Hub explores business transformation, with a focus on the practicalities of digitalisation. The aim is to help companies and individuals embrace new ways of working by providing leadership and guidance on the implications of technology and innovation on their business. Submissions for this theatre should focus on strategy and practical guidance.

Who should apply?

The team are looking for diverse voices from across the built environment sector, including architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, clients, tech developers, researchers, and beyond.

Proposals are welcome for:

– Case studies

– Research and findings

– Interactive workshops and roundtables

– Panel discussions and debates

– Intros to new technologies and ideas

– Best practices
