Bülte Plastics has revealed a new range of violin head screws, developed to offer greater grip and surface protection.Bülte Form D head screws

The Form “D” violin head screws have been designed with an ergonomic shape and moulded washer which provide a load distribution and protect surfaces. 

Manufactured from natural polyamide (nylon), the lightweight screws are resistant to various chemical products and wear. In addition, the product has a low friction coefficient, high melting point and good impact resistance.

Supplied in a wide range of colours, the screws are available in the following dimensions:

  • M4 length from 5 to 25mm
  • M5 length from 6 to 40mm
  • M6 length from 6 to 50mm

On request, the Form “D” violin head screws are available in nylon glass filled, PP, PE, PVDF and PC.
