  • 7 Sep 2015

Deceuninck has announced the launch of its Fully Reversable Window (FRW), which has been developed to offer enhanced weather and thermal performance for architects, specifiers and contractors.

Setting new standards in weather performance and U-values, the new FRW has acheieved a PAS24 for security. It also boasts 300Pa water tightness, 2,000Pa wind loading and 600Pa air permeability.

Utilising Deceuninck’s BlueForce Glass Fibre Linktrusion technology, the window offers 1.2 U-value double glazed and a 0.8 U-value triple glazed.

The FRW offers extra screw fixing amd lug fixing options to ensure that the fitting does not interfere with the rotation of the unit. By moving the fitting position away from the gearing, Deceuninck has made it easier for contractors to install the system.

With up to 1.4m x 1.4m size maximum and an 80kg weight limit, the window can be fitted in modern buildings with large window apertures. Its versatility makes it suitable for installation in a wide range of projects.

Two hardware options – Yale or Peder Nielson – have also been made available, allowing specifiers, contractors and architects to choose the hardware best suited to their project.
