Hitachi Power Tools has launched a DAB site radio with Bluetooth functionality, designed to give tradespeople high quality sound whilst working on-site.
The UR18DSDL comes equipped with a DAB receiver and Bluetooth wireless technology, enabling users to link their own compatible devices with the unit and listen to their own playlists.
Other features include a USB port for charging mobile devices, a smartphone storage case and an auxiliary input connecting to a 3.5mm headphone socket.
Designed for use on working building sites, the device is powered by any Hitachi 18V Li-ion slide in battery, from 1.5Ah to 5Ah.
The radio is IPX4 water resistant, and the device features a folding rubber antenna and resin/rubber frame for additional protection.
Featuring Hitachi Power Tools’ outstanding three year warranty subject to terms and conditions, the radio provides up to 19 hours operation from a single 5.0Ah battery and comes complete with an AC adapter.
