Tomorrow I will be visiting BAU 2015 in Munich, one of the most important events for architecture, materials and systems in Europe, with around 2,000 exhibitors filling all 17 halls at the Messe Mnchen site in Germany. There were 230,000 visitors to BAU 2013.
I will be a guest of Schueco UK at BAU and am looking forward visiting the Schco stand which is always interesting and inspiring – promising an insight into the latest trends for future-orientated living and working environments.
This year I will be taking a closer look at their window, door and facade systems for sustainable and energy-efficient construction. This will include the product launch of the Schco Parametric System that I saw as a prototype two years ago in Munich.
I will see what else is new at BAU and plan to visit the Trex stand to see their with new European-inspired capped composite decking.
