Kii Corporation has announced the launch of its latest Internet of Things (IoT) lighting solution for use in offices and homes.
Working alongside MediaTek and LED manufacturer, Yankon Lighting, the company has created a smart lighting product which can be accessed via a smart phone.
MediaTek’s integrated system-on-a-chip solution will allow users to control lighting equipment on their iOS and Android devices.
The smart lighting system offers multi-request demand capabilities, such as high brightness settings which incorporate low power consumption.
With heat dissipation and waterproof characteristics, the system is suitable for installation in a variety of environments with different temperatures and climates.
Timing control options have been included to save power consumption and man power, whilst remote control options can support pre-turn on lighting and ensure power consumption with a turn-off function.
The scene setting can be customised with a variety of colour adjustments and brightness settings for different lighting effects.
In addition, the lighting system is supported by free maintenance for repairs and the promise of a long product life.
