Cordless tools from Festool Unplugged

  • 23 Feb 2015

Festool has extended its cordless tool offering with its Unplugged range

The 5.2Ah batteries enable tradespeople to work for 25% longer than 18V batteries would allow.

Festool has combined these batteries with its brushless EC-TEC motor technology to give its cordless tools a longer life.

As part of its Unplugged range, Festool has created PowerSelect, which offers three different packages for its customers.

This feature has been designed to give tradesman the opportunity to buy what they need without having to contend with any hidden costs.

If the buyer opts for PowerSelect’s Basic Version, they will get their cordless tool of choice and all of its core accessories. However, they will not be provided with a charger and battery packs.

Alternatively, customers can opt for the Plus Version, which enables them to purchase a charger and battery packs as well as their cordless tool and its core accessories.

The Set Version includes the cordless tool, its core accessories, a charger, battery packs and additional extras and accessories.

Festool has also recently applied its SERVICE all-inclusive to battery packs and chargers, putting them under protection from repair costs.

SERVICE all-inclusive also includes a 10 year “replacement parts availability guarantee” and theft protection for 36 months.
