Craig Brook has been appointed as Natural Paving Products’ new Installer Support Manager
With over 20 years worth of experience as a landscaping professional, Craig will be the main point of contact for members of Natural Paving Products’ Approved Landscaping Professionals (ALP) scheme.
He will manage the scheme, as well as utilising the feedback from its current members to develop the ways in which it works.
By working to strengthen the relationships between merchants and members of the scheme, Craig will uphold Natural Paving Products’ merchant only policy (M.O.P).
In addition, he will focus on founding new relationships with merchants to build the company’s supply chain.
Non-members of the scheme will be able to look to Craig for contracting and design advice; he will also act as a connection between the company’s Sales Managers and Landscaping Professionals to offer new sales leads.
Craig commented: “Moving to Natural Paving Products has been a breath of fresh air. I’ve been really impressed with its passion to help the professionals on the ground and I can’t wait to get stuck in with building its membership scheme and offering a truly personalised service. I’m confident that with the product range and support Natural Paving Products offers we can make its ALP scheme the best in the industry.”
Malcolm Gough, Business Development Director at Natural Paving Products concluded: “It is an absolute privilege to welcome Craig onto the team, his enthusiasm and drive, combined with his experience, make him the ideal candidate to take on the Installer Support Manager role.
“We are continually looking for ways to support our installers, whether that’s through the development of new easy-to-use quality products or offering training and a commercial edge with our bespoke supply service and advice. Craig’s appointment will further improve what we can offer installers and I look forward to seeing how the scheme develops in the near future.”
