UK Construction Week’s Hosted Buyers programme has been created to help senior personnel satisfy their business requirements.
After conducting an consultation with a buyer, UK Construction Week’s team will organise a programme of supplier meetings, networking events and seminars to suit their individual needs.
Although the meetings are organised on behalf of the buyers, UK Construction Week hopes that they will also benefit its exhibitors by introducing them to active buyers within their sector.
This approach, which is free of charge, has been designed to allow participants to get the most out of the event by taking the stress out of making business connections.
To qualify for the programme, participants must show that they are eager to develop business relationships with exhibitors.
They must also have significant upcoming or live projects and the authority to sign off on purchasing decisions.
A number of UK Construction Week’s event partners will be helping to deliver the programme; Glenigan, for instance, will be offering its data and research services.
UK Construction Week is scheduled to take place at the NEC in Birmingham from 6th until 11th October.
It will bring nine shows – including Grand Designs Live and the Build Show – together under one roof with 1,000 exhibitors and over 50,000 visitors also expected to attend.
