The Zero Carbon Hub aims to support the mainstream delivery of energy efficient homes in the UK.

It identifies risks, removes barriers to innovation and helps to demonstrate that energy efficient homes can be delivered by the mainstream housing industry.

Seminar programme

The seminars will be presented in a series of thirty minutes slots, which will address:

  • The risks and dangers of overheating in energy efficient homes
  • Skills shortages in the construction industry
  • Achieving zero carbon in the UK
  • Energy efficiency for small and medium-sized housebuilders
  • The latest recommendations for ventilation
  • Energy efficient homes

The Zero Carbon Hub works to develop the technical definition of an energy efficient home. It commissions and carries out research, provides advice on energy efficient homes, publishes guidance and information and hosts numerous events to discuss the subject.

The hub also keeps the wider industry updated on changes in government policy and highlights innovative green solutions.
