Colin Joyce from CMS Window Systems
Colin Joyce.joins CMS Window Systems as Business Development Manager, bringing with him more than 30 years’ industry experience. He will be developing the company’s customer base in private and social new build housing markets.
As specifiers and developers increasingly demand the lowest U-values and genuinely sustainable windows and doors, Colin believes CMS has a unique offer that sets the firm apart.
Colin Joyce said: It’s great to be joining CMS I’m really excited to be part of a team that’s forward thinking and at the top of its game. CMS has successfully differentiated itself when it comes to doors and windows for the new build sector, primarily because the team has worked hard to assemble a range with sustainability factored-in to every aspect. For example, whole window U-values down to the lowest levels help builders comply easily with tougher than ever building regulations, but this doesn’t compromise other important sustainability demands like product recyclability. Nor does it restrict practical requirements like having a full energy efficient range of window and door styles to meet the many different site demands.
CMS already have a team of more than 200 people working with major housebuilders, local authorities, housing associations and commercial developers across the UK.
The ISO 14001 registered company operates from a 15-acre HQ and manufacturing plant at Castlecary near Glasgow, with additional window and door recycling facilities in Fife.
A rundown office and warehouse building completely transformed into a modern headquarters for Atlas Copco has been fitted with more than 120 internal fire doors from Enfield Speciality Doors.
