JDP’s infiltration and attenuation system, the RAINBOX Cube, has been developed to reduce flood risks
As more ground is being covered with concrete, the need for local rainwater infiltration has become increasingly important.
Attenuation systems are needed to discharge the large quantities of rainwater that is being produced in heavy periods of rain.
With this in mind, JDP has extended its portfolio of water solutions and products to include a new infiltration and attenuation system.
The RAINBOX Cube has been developed as a Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDS) to minimise the risk to localised flooding.
The RAINBOX Cube system has been designed to have a high rate of infiltration.
The lightweight crates can be stacked with one inside the other, allowing for easy installation and reduced maintenance and transportation costs.
The system, which can hold up to 60 tons, has been designed with barrier-free inspection, allowing it to be monitored and controlled.
