Novus Property Solutions has been contracted to provide maintenance and emergency call outs – as well as planned refurbishment and decorating – for the Langley House Trust.

Novus’ team of operatives worked to transform Tekoa House’s backyard into an urban garden

The Trust provides accommodation for ex-offenders as part of their rehabilitation.

Urban garden development

Novus’ operatives have completed maintenance work at Rochdale’s Tekoa House, which serves as a hostel for homeless people who are at risk of offending.

The team helped to transform the House’s concrete backyard into an urban garden retreat for the residents to grow plants and herbs.

Novus supplied its labour and materials to the project, free of charge.

The residents were impressed with the team’s efforts; the company’s operations manager, Nigel Linger, was awarded a certificate by the Trust for driving the successful project.
