Designed for both commercial and residential applications, SSG Timeless specially developed micro-coating causes water to slip off its surface. This protects against the build-up of limescale and corrosion, in addition to significantly cutting cleaning time.
SGG Timeless leaves no marks and condensation disperses faster, so the glass quickly regains its transparency.
SGG Timeless is produced by magnetron-coating metal oxides to one surface of the glass, using a process developed by Saint-Gobain Glass. It is covered by a ten-year warranty for its anti-corrosion qualities.
The products complies with EN14428 for shower enclosures and EN 1096 (Class A) for the use of coated glass in buildings. It has a light reflectance of 10% and transmittance of 88-89% depending on thickness.
Jenni Bailey, Saint-Gobain Glass Interiors Market Manager said: Shower and bath screens have to take a lot of punishment but they still have to look good, whether in the home, in a hotel or anywhere else.
With SGG Timeless, they can look better for longer and be easier to clean – yet another example of advanced products from Saint-Gobain leading the way in the world of glass.
