The intelligent lock and security solutions company required a new EDI provider that could bring new customers on board via a B2B platform that could connect to the new Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system.
The EDI service from Wesupply provides ASSA ABLOY UK with a single customer facing electronic trading network which controls all transactions, including purchase orders, acknowledgements, ASNs, invoices, remittance advices, despatch notes, price files and credit notes with customers including Argos, B&Q, Asda and Wickes.
The move has been a core part of ASSAs Seamless Flow programme, which is designed to achieve automation and integration across the supply chain whilst ensuring the increased efficiency in the exchange of information.
The companys EDI issues, which were previously affecting their levels of customer service, have been solved and allow ASSA ABLOY to meet the rising demand for increased security.
