Plans for the new luxury housing development on Adelphi Street have been revealed

Adelphi Wharf is a £75 million development that will be completed within three phases.

Plans for the development have been introduced by Knight Knox International, provider of buy-to-let developments to the private investor market.

The development will be let and block managed by Fortis Lettings and Management, which will also act as a developer for the scheme.

Fortis Development has worked in association with Salford City Council and Urban Vision to ensure that Adelphi Wharf’s modern design complements the area.

Luxury living

Based on Adelphi Street, the new housing development will be a ten minute walk from Manchester city centre and on the doorstep of the recently transformed Chapel Street corridor.

The 580 apartments and penthouses will overlook meadows and rivers, allowing residents to enjoy the countryside as well as a vibrant city lifestyle.

A secure bicycle shed and a gymnasium will be built on the 450,000 square foot site along with a concierge reception area and an underground parking facility.

A riverside walkway will also be created to allow the residents access to River Irwell’s waterfront.

Phase One of the project is scheduled to be completed by August 2016.
