Polypipe’s Silavent Sapphire intermittent extract fans will be among the new products launched at the show.
Designed for use in kitchens and bathrooms, the new fans are available as both standard and Green Line energy efficient models.
They will be showcased alongside the existing models from Polypipe’s Silavent fan range.
The company is also set to introduce its Decentralised Mechanical Extract Ventilation (dMEV) units at the event. The units have been designed to provide quiet and constant ventilation to wet rooms.
The dMEV units and the new Silavent Sapphire fans operate with low Specific Fan Powers (SFP) to produce minimum sound levels.
The dMEV units emit only 12dB(A) whilst the intermittent extract fans produce 32dB(A).
The company will also present the latest additions to its Domus range of ducting systems at Ecobuild.
Its new Domus Green Line 90° bends provides 60% reduction in duct bend resistance to air flow. It has been designed to lower the energy usage and total resistance of the duct system.
Polypipe will also unveil a plenum with integral flow control device which has been designed for use with its Domus 204mm X 60mm Supertube rigid duct system.
The new adaption replaces the need for traditional air valves by enabling the inlet/outlet plenum to connect directly to an architectural grille.
A new FireBrake fire-stopping sleeve which is 250mm long and has been designed to prevent flames from spreading through openings in walls and ceilings made for Polypipe’s ducting systems will also be on display.
Polypipe has also enhanced its Domus Radial systems to include a slim-line manifold and an outlet plenum with a twin connection for increased air flow.
Its Radial semi-rigid duct insulation, designed to prevent condensation from forming when the duct runs between the cold and warm areas of a property, will be exhibited at its stand.
The company’s Domus thermal duct insulation range has also been extended.
In addition to its new products, Polypipe Ventilation will be exhibiting its existing ventilation solutions at Ecobuild. The company will be at Stand N3162 at the event, which is scheduled to take place at ExCel in London from 3rd to 5th March.
