Fire control panel protects renovated Bank of Albania complex

  • 19 May 2015

Originally designed by prominent Italian architect Vittorio Ballio Morpurgo in 1934-36, the Museum of the Bank of Albania complex is designed by Petreschi Architects.

Kentec’s Syncro AS analogue addressable fire control panel protects Albania’s new Numismatic Museum.

It includes a Numismatic Museum, a new conference hall with a capacity of 150 people, offices, a meetings room, an internal gallery, a roof garden and four-levels of underground parking.

Fire safety solutions company Sphinx Security Solutions designed the system around a two-loop Kentec Syncro AS analogue addressable fire control panel. Completing the system is an Apollo XP95 range analogue addressable detectors, call points and sounders, offering flexible cause and effect capabilities.

The system is controlled by a Kentec Graphical User Interface. The interface features a comprehensive history logging and reporting system, allowing analysis of events and trends to be identified to reduce unwanted alarms.
