ME Engineer has been developed to allow service engineers and installers to access current information on Mitsubishi Electric’s extensive range of products.
The company’s Technical Services and Aftersales Manager, Steve Hayward, claims that the App has been carefully designed by engineers, for engineers.
The ME Engineer app is available on Apple, Android and Windows mobile devices
It provides quick and easy access to important service and installation data for Mitsubishi Electric’s heating, ventilation, air conditioning and controls products.
Condensed in one place, the information can be accessed via smartphone or tablet.
The App also includes a refrigerant calculation tool for Mitsubishi Electric’s Splits and City Multi air conditioning systems, along with a spare parts look up facility.
A fault code finder for all available products with full description, cause and check procedures has also been created.
With the addition of a ‘favourites’ option, users can programme the App to cater for their individual needs: their most used functions show immediately upon start-up.
Uploaded directly from Mitsubishi Electric’s in-house service engineers and technical experts, the App’s information is available within minutes.
This provides the company’s customers with easy access to key functional engineering tools whenever they are out on a job; the App can also be used offline.
