RSAP+OA Modules receive BRE approval following developments

  • 20 Nov 2014

The news comes shortly after Stroma’s EPC Module received approval in September, meaning that both modules now meet the compliance standards for RdSAP 9.92.

RSAP is designed to help assessors and organisations within the energy industry to manage and integrate workflow processes both on and off site, with the BRE approval for the EPC and OA Modules following on from a development programme aimed at delivering high quality software.

Stroma Certification has worked continuously to raise awareness of the implementation of RdDAP 9.92, which is due on 7th December 2014 – running a series of CPD seminars for Domestic Energy Assessors throughout October and November to prepare assessors for the changes.

The software has undergone developments to ensure compliancy when members lodge Occupancy Assessments

There are five modules part of RSAP :

• EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) Module
• OA (Occupancy Assessment) Module
• Green Deal Finance Module
• Technical Surveys Form Tool
• RSAP cam

RSAP enables users to carry out:

• Energy Performance Certificate assessments
• Occupancy Assessments
• ECO calculation integration
• Green Deal Plans and create finance calculations
• Home improvement loan calculations and secure data gathering
• Technical form filling (including surveying tools); and
• Property inventories

RSAP is a resource for organisations, assessors and installers which allows for the efficient processing of Green Deal, Eco and energy assessment activities.

Over 50% of all EPCs and OAs are lodged using the software at a rate of 82,000 each month and is a widely used tool for some of the major energy companies.
