Electrician courses promoted by Stroma and Erudite partnership

  • 21 Jul 2015

Erudite develops training courses to aid electricians with the skills and knowledge required to provide capable services within the electrical industry.

Its City and Guilds training facility is the only Stroma approved centre for the North-West region.

Stroma’s partnership with Erudite will ensure electricians are knowledgeable about regular updates within government legislature, and support them beyond their training.

Part P Competent Person Scheme

Stroma Certification has recognised the need to support installers throughout the energy efficiency and building sectors.

Named Green Deal & ECO Awards’ Installer Certification Body of the Year 2015, Stroma has invested heavily in developing its installer brand to meet customer demand.

Its Part P Competent Person Scheme (CPS) has proved particularly popular – offering dedicated technical support, a members portal and regulation updates to keep electricians working to relevant standards.

Stroma’s Part P electrician members are able to work across a broad scope of services with free third-party, domestic, commercial and PAT Testing certification opportunities – and also receive free access to its certification generation software, E-Cert.

Erudite Training Courses

Students will be assessed through a mixture of examinations and practical assessments to determine their certification.

The courses will cover a range of broad training, such as the Basic Electrical Course, in addition to specific topics such as the PAT Testing or the 17th Edition Wiring Regulations.

A full list of courses and dates are available on Stroma’s training page and the Erudite website
