Redland’s Fenland Pantile roof tiles were specifically created for the South East and East Anglican markets, which favour a certain roof aesthetic.
With their classic single pantile shape, the tiles provide an interlocking concrete format, enhancing their weather-tightness and robustness.
The tiles were selected for use in two large scale housing projects, based in Norfolk.
Housebuilder Taylor Wimpey aimed to create two hideaway homes for growing families in Beaufort and Middleton Park.
Surrounded by woodland and beaches, the locations have their own architectural identities; the Fenland Pantile roof tiles offered a close match to the roofs of the existing houses surrounding the new builds.
The roof tiles ensure that the new developments blend in with the area.
