Johnstone’s Covaplus Vinyl Matt used to revamp retro ceiling

  • 5 Sep 2014

QDL Contractors Ltd, working under main contractors John Weaver Construction, carried out the work in six weeks, with the Decorating Centre team in Cardiff producing swatches of the existing paintwork using a colour tinting machine to ensure that the ceiling retained its original 1934 characteristics.

Covaplus Vinyl Matt has been designed specifically to combat problems with vinyl matt leaving patchy finishes and is suitable for interior walls and ceilings to provide a high quality, even appearance.

The vinyl matt has attained the European Ecolabel, an accreditation awarded to products that have carried out stringent tests to assess the impact on the environment, from raw materials used to application and performance.
