Call for decorating contractors to compete for Painter of the Year

  • 6 Jul 2015

Past winners of the prestigious competition range from residential properties to impressive multi-million pound projects, covering everything in between.

Paul Crosby was named Painter of the Year 2014 at Johnstone’s annual Spring award ceremony

For example, last year’s winner, Paul Crosby, was commended for his work at York’s historic Purey Cust development.

For Paul’s company, the award came with national recognition, which will help it stand out on future projects.

Become Painter of the Year

The work in question must have been carried out in 2015 with Johnstone’s or Leyland products.

To be considered, entries must be received no later than Friday 4th December 2015.

Johnstone’s technical experts will judge the entries before completing on-site visits to assess the quality of craftsmanship, expertise and workmanship.

Additional factors, such as project complexity and overall management, will also be considered.

With four categories – Residential, Commercial, Health & Education and Period & Restoration – and the title of Supreme Winner up for grabs, Johnstone’s is encouraging decorators to submit their entries now.
