Lady Susan Court has benefited from the installation of Encasement’s Forma aluminium column casings
In its latest assisted living development, McCarthy & Stone is using 16 of Encasement’s Forma aluminium column casings.
Along with a bespoke bulkhead, the column casings are being used to conceal the apartment block’s exterior steelwork, improving its appearance.
The aluminium casings and bulkhead were manufactured and installed by Encasement; whilst the casings are spaced equally along the building’s front elevation, the bulkhead is located above them.
Measuring 30 metres, it spans across the length of the building.
The Forma casings are manufactured from 3mm thick aluminium, which is weather resistant and durable as well as lightweight.
They are finished with a RAL 7047 PPC coating for an attractive finish.
