F-Gas Regulation Leaflet introduced by European Commission

  • 14 May 2015

HFCs are commonly used as refrigerants in air conditioning, refrigeration and heat pump equipment

The new F-gas Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 was introduced in early 2015, to strongly reduce emissions as a substantial contribution to the EU’s efforts of reducing climate change.

The European Commission has released a new tri-fold leaflet that provides helpful information for technical personnel and companies working with equipment that contains F-gases.

A downloadable version of the leaflet is available online.
