Shower toilet enabled greater independence for disabled homeowners

The programme features Shital, who suffers from a rare genetic condition which confines her to a wheelchair, alongside her partner Jamie, who suffers from Cerebral Palsy and lives with Shital’s disabled brother and elderly mother.

The couple expanded and adapted the property to create an en-suite bathroom equipped with mobility aids, with the AquaClean shower toilet at the centre to provide the user with a gentle, airy water spray at body temperature.

The intensity of the water can be adjusted to one of five levels and the oscillating spray provides a high level of hygiene alongside features such as a convenient dryer, pulsating spray and automatic odour extraction function.

The AquaClean creates a luxurious cleaning experience for the family whilst providing them with greater independence and freedom in their own home.
