Skilled engineers at Waterloo support new apprentices to drive growth

Very few British manufacturers can boast continuity when it comes to its workforce and fewer still that employ staff who have served longer than 20 years with one company.

There are 11 people who have also worked here for over 20 years and a further 28 who have worked with us for at least 10 years; together they have a combined 650+ years’ experience. With confidence building in the UK’s construction industry we need to remain focused and competitive on price and lead times to help drive forward growth”.

Waterloo invests in new talent to take the company forward and has recently appointed two new members to the design team, Matt Southgate and Joshua Barker.

Output growth in manufacturing
