Rick Edmondson, chairman of Waterloo:

“Waterloo Air Products is proud of our employees and we value their skills and loyalty. The longevity of service shows dedication and devotion. There are 11 people who have also worked here for over 20 years and a further 28 who have worked with us for at least 10 years; together they have a combined 650+ years’ experience. With confidence building in the UK’s construction industry we need to remain focused and competitive on price and lead times to help drive forward growth”.

Waterloo invests in new talent to take the company forward and has recently appointed two new members to the design team, Matt Southgate and Joshua Barker.

The heating, ventilating and air conditioning industry face a serious skills shortage with a high demand for new engineers and skilled workers. Waterloo is investing in new talent via apprenticeships and providing a rewarding career path.
