Tricell has been designed to provide an alternate cell pattern for a monolithic aesthetic.
The system allows for easy airflow management and rapid smoke extraction; these are crucial attributes in high traffic areas, such as airports, shopping centres and commercial offices.
The ceiling tiles comprise a series of open cell triangular aluminium modules, which were designed to lay onto a 15mm Tee suspension grid,
The turned-out edges of the modules lay onto the flanges of the exposed grid, forming a parallelogram.
At 876mm x 876mm, the parallelogram is offset at a 60 degree angle.
Despite this, the specification of the system can be altered to meet certain building requirements if necessary.
The panels can also be lifted out of the grid, allowing access to the ceiling void. This allows for easy maintenance.
With the ability to integrate with plasterboard ceilings and metal ceiling systems, the System 810 Tricell offers a minimum life expectancy of 25 years.
Additional features, such as decorative lighting, air conditioning and fire detection systems, can be installed within single or multiple adjacent cells.
