SAS expands Radiant Heating range

  • 26 Jun 2015

SAS International, the UK manufacturer of room comfort systems, has expanded its range of Radiant Heating.

Radiant rafts and modules have become increasingly popular as they answer the demand for exposed soffits.

Targeting mechanical and electrical specifications, the radiant product range consists of:

  • a standard panel
  • an anti-ligature panel for healthcare and secure environments
  • a selection of rafts and modules.

All perform up to 550 watts per m2.

Fully recyclable system

SAS International is confident that the radiant heating systems deliver compliance to European and British Standards, and provide mechanical and electrical consultants with an energy efficient, low maintenance and fully recyclable system that can be integrated with any suspended ceiling system.

Recently, radiant rafts and modules have become increasingly popular as they answer the demand for exposed soffits.

Excellent thermal comfort for occupiers is achieved through low air movement and, by bonding elements to the rear of a metal panel during the manufacturing process, the maximum heat transfer through the panels is ensured, while low water content makes rapid warm-up times possible.

The radiant product range is easy to clean whilst also freeing up floor and wall space. The low costs and lack of moving parts make the range an affordable, easy to maintain option.
