Tremco’s Rapid Cure Roofing System was used to waterproof the school’s flat roofs

North West England is often subject to unpredictable weather, heavy downpours and prolonged periods of rain.

Roofing contractor, Hardisty CRN, was recently chosen to install a weather-proof roofing system for Stockport’s Offerton High School.

The school, which overlooks a moorland landscape, has previously been failed by waterproofing products that dry dull when exposed to moisture.

Tremco’s Rapid Cure Roofing System CR380/CP930 was specified as a solution.

The system has been designed to provide protection against harsh weather conditions.

Tremco illbruck’s Area Representative and technical team assisted with the application of the system by visiting the school regularly when it was being installed.

The team were able to provide detailing advice to ensure that the roofing system was applied efficiently and effectively.

With a quick drying time, the Rapid Cure Roofing System has been ETAG approved.

Its components can also be specified as BIM-compliant objects for use with Revitt design software.
