PVCu plasterers’ beads make the creation of shadow gaps easier

The beads make the creation of shadow gaps at plaster edges easier

Available in a choice of L profile _ for use when the adjacent material is designed to be seen; or U profile to ensure a neat channel with precise parallel lines adjacent to surfaces such as un-edged plasterboard, the beads create a contemporary interior design effect.

Shadow gaps are a popular finishing touch for many architects and interior designers, although they are often regarded as difficult to apply and time consuming by plasterers.

The beads can be specified in the L profile or U profile

The new shadow gap profiles from Renderplas offer a simple way to get the gaps exactly right, with the U profile providing a gap of 15mm, whilst the L profile can produce a gap up to 20mm.

The L profile is scored every 5mm along its hidden face so that it can be trimmed easily with a sharp knife to form a 10mm or 15mm gap to suit a variety of design requirements.

Each one of Renderplas’ shadow gap profiles is 15mm deep and can be used as a feature in place of skirting boards or architrave, offering a simple solution for professionals and plasterers looking for an extensive choice of interior design effects.
