The paving enhances the apartments architectural characteristics
The paving comprises Piatto Textured Silver Granite Yorktone with Black Fleck, working to enhance the appearance of the site whilst providing a safe passageway for tenants at the homes.
Named Vista Mare,’ the apartment complex has been constructed in an area with striking Art Deco architecture, and developers Roffey Homes wanted to design the properties to pay homage to West Worthing’s architectural heritage whist paying particular attention to the exterior aesthetics.
Appropriate building materials were selected at every stage of the project and Brett Landscaping’s ability to manufacture paving solutions of high quality with a suitable characteristic style was credited by Roffey Homes.
The combination of Piatto and Black Fleck was instrumental in creating a heritage feel that fits the appearance of the building and its surroundings.
An aesthetically pleasing textured granite effect has been created with the Black Fleck design at the Vista Mare apartment block, which features a penthouse that was recently sold for in excess of £1 million.
