New access control system from Abloy UK

The OPTIMA range features handle escutcheons, wall readers, locker locks, energy savers, battery operated lock cases, lift control, electronic cylinders and panic hardware.

It is available in four different platforms, including software and non-software based access control.

The system can be worked through a web-based client and mobile app.

The system has features such as time schedules, event logs and the ability to give an alert when the battery needs charging.

For extra security measures, it is able cancel lost or stolen electronic cards.

Authorisation rights can also be changed and the software allows users to be modified and deleted.

OPTIMA can be mounted directly onto existing mechanical locks. This means that installation is straightforward as there is no need to wire the door.

OPTIMA has been certified to European standards EN179 and EN1125. It has been CE Marked and awarded the fire test certificate.
