Battersea vision on the South Bank

Battersea vision

I live close to the iconic Battersea Power Station which is at the heart of the most important regeneration project in the UK over the next 20 years. Up to 3km of the riverside is being opened up to the public, creating a brand new stretch of Londons South Bank.More than andpound;1billion is being spent on new infrastructure including two new Tube stations. I visited the project last week take a look at the some of the amazing images including designs by Kieran Timberlake andamp; Frank Geary.

Free-climber, Esty Ilabaca, 20, hangs on by his fingertips as he scales Liverpools Unity Building with no safety equipment. He captured incredible photographs with a friend as they scaled the outside of the 282-ft skyscraper while the city slept one Sunday morning. Wow!
