In conjunction with Sky, LivingCom is offering a package of high quality digital TV services and fibre broadband for property managers in the private rental market.
As a subsidiary of CableCom Networking, LivingCom provides managed internet services to the private rental market. With its Bristol-based service centre open 24 hours daily, the company is able to offer fast Internet speeds and an integrated TV and phone platform.
This offering allows private property managers and landlords to increase their operational efficiency and make cost savings on their ‘inter-building’ infrastructure builds.
Residents of today consider broadband and television services as a critical fourth utility when searching for a new home to rent or buy.
In order to increase their appeal and uptake, landlords are increasingly eager to offer these services.
In light of this, LivingCom has partnered with Sky to offer a new package to residents. Incorporating LivingCom’s high speed broadband and Sky’s complete range of TV services, the package will be available for residents to sign up for as soon as they move into their new homes.
Through LivingCom’s Smart Fibre Infrastructure design, Sky is able to deliver its TV services via a dish; LivingCom’s broadband can be supplied directly into a home via fibre cables. The house can be serviced by an aerial array and central satellite receiver, eliminating the need for individual satellite dishes.
By bringing its expertise into the private rented sector, LivingCom is responding to the government’s renewed focus on the provision of affordable homes.
