The GGF has updated its Model Terms and Conditions of Contract to take into regard the recent Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Previously released in May, the GGF’s updated Model Terms and Conditions of Contract take into account the requirements of the EU ADR Directive 2015. These are available to Members to download free of charge from the Members section of the GGF website.
For non-GGF members, the conditions are available to purchase on the GGF Shop; along with the existing Guidance on implementation of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This explains the details of the Consumer Contracts Regulations implemented in 2014.
The GGF will shortly publish an article on the main changes brought about by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which affect the glazing industry.
