Wienerberger has launched a new publication to support the use of its innovative clay block walling system.
The ‘Big Porotherm Guide’ features a wealth of technical information for architects, engineers and technical managers.
The guide is split into six sections, covering topics including constructive details, wall design and best practice to explain how to get the most out of the Porotherm system.
It will also include the recently launched Porotherm Best Practice Guide.
The guide is available to download via Wienerberger’s website and for a short period a limited number of hard back copies will also be available to order.
Chris Hornby, the Technical Manager at Wienerberger, commented: “We are very excited to launch the Big Porotherm Guide. We are confident it will be a priceless resource for those looking to use the system.
We are releasing the guide following a lot of additional testing which ensures it is fully up to date and covers all things Porotherm.”
Wienerberger’s Category Marketing Manager, Richard Brown, added: “We are constantly developing our Porotherm system to ensure it maintains its position as an innovative modern method of construction for the UK market.
Wienerberger is dedicated to supporting its customers from designing with the system, initial purchase through to the finished project. The Big Porotherm Guide is evidence of that commitment and it will be an incredibly useful tool whether you are considering building with Porotherm or already using the system.”
